We are very happy to announce the First Official Meeting of the COSMOS Project Team on the 25th and 26th of September (2024).
The meeting will take place at Newcastle University, hosted by Tom Penfold and his local team.
The aim of our meeting is to bring the project partners together to discuss the initial stages of the project. In addition to a formal presentation on the project and some informative scientific presentations, there will be time for productive discussions on ideas and code requirements.
Program of Events
The program is available here (opens the document in a new browser tab) and will be updated regularly.
There is no formal poster session. However, we would like you to bring along a poster if you would like to talk about some of your work, to share results or share ideas. These will be up for the duration of the meeting.
We would like to emphasise that we will be ensuring time both for discussion and networking, as well as scientific talks.
Location
The talks will be held in rooms G21 and G22 of the Devonshire Building, University, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 7RU. Campus Directions to the Devonshire Building (No. 48) can be found HERE.
